Prices and shipping deadlines
There is a wide selection of prices and shipping times, from faster to longer deliveries. The right choice for you will depend on how quickly you need your order to be delivered. To consult the prices and delivery times we have available, all you need to do is simulate an order on our (Express) shopping system.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $250 and have the highest quality products on the market without worrying about shipping.
For your convenience, you can send the products directly to your customer's home at no extra cost. Simply add the desired address at the end. If you have selected an address other than your own (dropshipping) there will be a delivery attempt and if this is unsuccessful, and the package is not delivered to your customer at the address indicated, there will be a second attempt to send it to your billing address. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of sending it back to the original address.
No invoice is sent with the order, regardless the address you have provided. You can check the invoice for this order in your customer area or in your email.

Order reception

It is the responsibility of the receiver to check if the items are in proper condition at the time of delivery.

Orders damaged by transportation

After assessment and confirmation of any damage, DreambooksPro will activate all necessary resources for repair. The complaints are only valid if they comply with the following reception rules:
- Inspect the order before the reception signature;
- In case of anomaly, make the description of it in the reception guide or refuse the order;
- Send a complaint to the DreambooksPro brand, within 24h with all the information of the order and photographic proof of the damage.

Deadlines and deliveries

Delivery times are only an indicative, they are subject to change in case of adverse situations beyond the carrier's control and cannot be a reason for compensation or refund. From the moment the order is dispatched from our lab, the full responsibility for the delivery and handling of the order automatically lies on the carrier.


Any shipment subject to default by the receiver is subject to additional postage costs. This applies in cases where:
- Absence makes delivery impossible;
- There has been a change of delivery date or address;
- Payment not prepared (only for shipments to be paid on delivery);
- Refusal by the receiver.
