1.How do I start working with DreambooksPro?

To work with DreambooksPro you should register as a professional photographer on our website. Visit the "Register" page, fill in your details and upload the requested documents for validation. Registration may take up to 72 hours to be approved by our team.

2.How can I install the software?

To install the software you must go to the "Order" page on our website. On that page you will find a detailed explanation about the software and also the links to download it according to the type of operating system you use.

3.How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, go to the "Order Status" page in the "Help" menu. Simply enter your order number and you will be able to see the various production statuses.

To speed up the process you should include in the email:

Order number;
Photographs of the anomaly and a brief description of the inconsistency detected;
Photographs of the package received with details of the corners or possible marks that show any damage caused by transport.

4.How can I access the price list?

The price list is available on our software "DreambooksPro Express". To consult it and, consequently, use our paging and ordering software, you must register on our website.

5.I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

DreambooksPro orders are always validated by the quality control department in several phases of production. If you have received your order with any inconsistency we ask you to contact, within 24 hours after receiving the order, by email.
