ORDER DEADLINES

Extended deadlines: If you need to place DreambooksPro orders after the November 22 cutoff, you may do so until November 28 with the payment of a rush fee to ensure shipment before Christmas.
Note: The rush fee ensures your order is prioritized within the holiday deadlines, but it does not shorten production time during this period.

Rush fee: Aside from the condition mentioned above, the rush fee will be deactivated on November 17 and will only resume when regular production times return on January 16, 2026..

Order payments: Orders must be placed and paid for by the deadlines above in order to qualify for shipment before Christmas. We strongly recommend using automatic payment methods such as PayPal or Visa. For payments made by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within the stated deadlines. Orders will only enter production once payment has been confirmed.

Variable production times: For DreambooksPro, standard production times may not be guaranteed for orders placed after November 17. For Christmas products, normal production times will remain in place until November 27. Regular timelines will resume for all orders starting January 16, 2026.

Repairs: Product repairs requested by clients will not be processed between November 22 and January 16, 2026.

Order grouping: Due to high order volume and limited storage capacity, grouping of orders will not be available between November 18 and January 16, 2026.

Sample orders: Sample orders are allowed during this period, but they will follow the same holiday deadlines as regular orders.

Important: After November 22, Christmas product orders must be placed separately from DreambooksPro regular products in order to be shipped before Christmas. Otherwise, they will only be shipped after the holiday.

Reminder: Please remember the importance of placing orders on time and within the stated deadlines. We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for any orders placed after these dates.
