With over 10 years of professional experience and deep knowledge of off-camera lighting, Jesse teaches photographers how to create impactful work with purpose and consistency. Through workshops and mentoring, he shares both the creative and business strategies behind great images, helping photographers grow their skills, confidence, and client experience.
Leandro da Silva is an award-winning luxury wedding photographer and WPPI / ICON International Photography Master based in New Jersey, serving NJ, NYC, and destinations worldwide. He is known for dramatic lighting, cinematic storytelling, and bold images designed for albums and wall art, not just screens. With over a decade of experience at top venues, Leandro is trusted for delivering powerful results in any weather, timeline, or lighting situation. As an educator and mentor, he teaches photographers how to master light, direction, and story while building strong luxury brands and client experiences. His approach is simple: great photography is created by design, not by chance.
