Deadline Extensions: If you need to place orders after the DreambooksPro deadline (November 22nd), you will still be able to place orders from November 23th until November 29th with the corresponding rush fee to ensure they are considered for Christmas shipping.
Note: The urgency fee guarantees that your orders are submitted before the deadline but does not shorten production time during this period.

Urgency Fee: Aside from the condition described above, the DreambooksPro urgency fee will be inactive starting November 18th and will only be available again once normal production schedules resume on January 17th.

Order Payments: Your orders must be placed and paid for by the deadlines mentioned above to be eligible for shipping before Christmas. We recommend using automatic payment methods such as Credit Card, PayPal, or VISA. Variable Production Times: Regular production times for orders placed after November 18th may not be guaranteed and will only be ensured again for orders placed from January 17th, 2025, onwards.

Repairs: Product repairs, requested by clients and subject to evaluation, will not be carried out between November 21th and January 17th, 2025.

Samples and Starter Kits: From November 18th until January 17th, 2025, sample orders will not be produced.

Order Grouping: From November 18 until January 17th, 2025, order grouping requests will not be possible.

Shipping before Christmas cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after the specified dates.
